American English Editing, LLC provides professional English language editing, proofreading and copywriting services for domestic and foreign companies conducting business in the United States.
Our goal is to help businesses succeed! In order to meet that goal, we employ college-educated business professionals with hands-on experience in persuasive writing, marketing and sales.
Candidates for employment with AmEE must meet the following minimum requirements:
- A degree from an accredited United States College or University
- A minimum of five years of experience in a business or professional setting
- An exceptional command of the English language, including business usage
- Experience in persuasive writing, marketing and/or sales
- Proficiency in Word for Windows or Word Perfect software
- A reliable computer with high-speed internet access and anti-virus software
- An instant messenger connection via MSN or ICQ
- Three written references from past employers or clients
Although it is not required, we prefer that you have a basic knowledge of HTML and Web page creation.
