If a journal requests additional English editing of your original manuscript prior to review, then I will re-edit the original submission again for free.
If your paper is rejected solely on the grounds of language issues, and no additional changes were made after my editing, than I will provide a free re-edit.

Word Count
The word count is the total word count of all submitted documents, excluding title page and references. For response letters, we do not count the words of sentences quoted from the manuscript and do not count reviewers’ comments.
